We invite you to book an unforgettable adventure with Lake Toba Adventures, exploring the breathtaking beauty of Lake Toba. To secure your trip, there are a few conditions, and all participants must first complete a customer detail form and submit it to us.

Conditions to make a booking

  1. Travel Insurance Requirement
    All participants booking a trip with Lake Toba Adventures must have valid travel insurance, which must be provided in the Lake Toba Adventures customer detail form.

  2. Health & Fitness Declaration
    Participants must confirm in the customer detail form that they are in good physical and mental health at the time of booking. Those aged 70 years or older, or anyone with significant pre-existing medical conditions, must provide a doctor’s clearance to participate in our trips.

  3. Risk Acknowledgment & Liability
    All participants must sign the customer detail form, acknowledging that they join the trip at their own risk. In case of serious injury or illness during the trip, Lake Toba Adventures will arrange evacuation to the nearest medical facility. While evacuation is covered in the trip cost, medical treatment expenses are the participant’s responsibility. Participants also agree not to hold Lake Toba Adventures responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or loss/damage of personal property during the trip.

NOTE: By signing the customer detail form, participants confirm they have read and agreed to the Lake Toba Adventures Terms & Conditions.

Customer detail form

For make a booking, the Toba Adventures customer detail form, possible to download below. It needs to be filled in and signed, make scans or take pics and send to us first at: info@tobaadventures.com

If any details are changed or updated you may just send in another copy of the updated customer detail form.

NOTE! The filled in and signed customer detail form, has to be given to Toba Adventures in original when we meet in Kualanamu International Airport prior to the trip start. Otherwise you have to fill in a new form and sign in place.

Payments

  1. Booking Deposit
    A 30% deposit of the total trip price is required at the time of booking. This payment must be received within 7 days to confirm your reservation with Lake Toba Adventures.

  2. Final Payment
    The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days before the scheduled departure date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be considered canceled, and standard cancellation fees will apply.

  3. Late Bookings
    For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking, unless other arrangements are agreed upon with Lake Toba Adventures.

  4. Payment Methods
    We prefer bank transfers for payments. Additionally, we offer Wise (wise.com) as an option, allowing payments via credit or debit card.
